Our hands-on preschool teaches children about their world through exploration, play, social interaction and first-hand experiences. Families are actively involved in all aspects of our children's education, from leading classroom activities and planning field trips, to making pancakes and playing board games. What do parents do in a cooperative preschool?
Being part of a cooperative preschool is a family commitment. Our structure is built on family participation including parents helping in the classroom and holding a job within the preschool. Enrolling in the preschool

Registration for the coming year will be held Saturday, March 6, 9 a.m. to noon for currently enrolled families, noon to 1 p.m. for alumni families.

New families can register during our Open House on Saturday, March 20 from 9 a.m. to noon. We will have a better idea of spots available closer to the date of the Open House.

Candyce Bollinger will provide a co-op parent education night on Positive Discipline Strategies, Monday, March 15, 6:30 p.m. at Lacey Co-op Preschool.

Parenting Tools Series spring lecture featuring Victoria Tennant on Building Children’s Brain Power. Victoria spoke last year and was fabulous! Many requested that she return, so come out to hear her on Wednesday, May 12, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at SPSCC.
